No ground for review of the order dated 26.06.2014 is made out. Consequently, Civil Review application is again dismissed.
However, the petitioner seeks liberty to file a Title Suit with regard to the property in question. For filing a Title Suit, the petitioner does not require permission from this Court and he has legal right to do so.
