The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019, corresponding to G.O. Case No. 1021 of 2019, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioner in a drunken state is said to have attempted to drown the son of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent. The allegation made in the FIR are false and the petitioner has been framed due to local politics.

The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga, in connection with Manigacchi P.S.
