2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the petitioners herein are working as Ayurvedic Medical

4/5 Officers/ physicians at various places in the state of Bihar. According to the rules, they are entitled to get study leave for their future studies. For this purpose some of the petitioners have already submitted an application for grant of study leave before Respondent No. 3 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna vide Annexure 'P-4' but no decision has been taken by the competent authority.

Learned counsel further submits that this petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation before Respondent No. 3/ competent authority raising all the grounds which they have raised in this petition and in turn the competent authority may also be directed to decide the same within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. Having heard both the sides, this petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation before Respondent No. 3/ competent authority raising all the grounds which they have raised in this petition within three weeks from today and in turn the competent authority is also directed to consider and decide the same
