Petitioner is an accused in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State, on perusal of the case diary, submits that due to non-fulfillment of dowry, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant. Moreover,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76979 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 the death has occurred within two years of her marriage. As such, the petitioner is not entitled to the privilege of regular bail. Having considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
