2. Present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner salary which is due since 25.7.2014 to 8.11.2023.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation dated 14.11.2024 for redressal of the grievances before respondent no.4 but till date the same has not yet been disposed of. He submits that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent to dispose of the aforesaid representation.

3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.19073 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 petition, let respondent no.4 dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
