2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant, his brother and mother with iron rod and knife causing injury on the vital part of head of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injury. He submits that the petitioner side also received grievous injury. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. He further

5. Learned APP for the State and informant oppose the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024.
