Mr. Md. Arif ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No. 582 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 376 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report, informant has raised suspicion that her daughter has been kidnapped by the petitioner along with other two accused persons. He further submits that doctor has assessed the age of girl in between 17-18 years. Statement of victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.PC. wherein she has levelled allegation against this petitioner and other two persons of having committed illegal act with her. Medical report is available in the case diary, wherein the doctor has opined that

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 582 of 2017 with condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
