Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, all his G.P.F. amount as well as statutory interest total amounting Rs.22,48,094/- have been paid.
Counsel for the State submits that the original amount and statutory interest have been added and then only total Rs.22,48,094/- has been paid to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to calculate the penal interest amount and may move in suit before the Trial Court and the Trial Court shall adjudicate upon his move that who is responsible for such delay, if any and then pass order accordingly.
