A show cause has been filed by the State showing that his claim was considered and the same was dismissed by a reasoned order.

In such view of the matter, petitioner has sought permission for withdrawal of the present application to move before the appropriate forum to raise his grievances. Permission is accorded.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
