2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 157 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10677 of 2024(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 withdrawn.
6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that the husband of the deceased has been acquitted by the learned court below.
