2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1400 of 2023.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. The process of exploring the possibility of restoration of conjugal right was initiated.
5. The petitioner Sanjay Verma @ Sonu and his wife Manisha Kumari are present in Chambers along with their respective lawyers, in compliance of the order dated 22.08.2025.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No. 1400 of 2023.
