Petitioners have filed the present application for a direction to the respondents to pay arrears of salary pursuant to the order dated 1.9.2016 passed in LPA No. 63 of 2014. Without going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the decision in LPA No. 63 of 2014 dated 1.9.2016 and pass appropriate order

Patna High Court CWJC No.24491 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 with regard to payment of salary to the petitioner within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
