2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81966 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/3 Sections 308(4), 308(5) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

As per the prosecution case, on 11.08.2025, the informant had gone to Jharkhand along with his friends and consumed alcohol at Jharkhand, thereafter, while they were returning to their village, five persons intercepted them and took the keys of their motorcycles and started demanding extortion money and snatched Rs. 14,000/- from their pockets and also took a gold chain from the informant. It is further alleged that the co-accused, Nitish Kumar S/o Narayan Bhagat, forcefully transferred Rs. 34,000/- from the mobile number of the informant through scanner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 10.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72188/2025. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 15.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
