2. After some arguments, Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 05.06.2018 in Consolidation Misc. Case No.R-224/2015-16 passed by the Collector, Vaishali before the Bihar Land Tribunal within 30 days along with the order.
3. If, petitioner moves before the Bihar Land Tribunal within 30 days then, delay if any, in filing the present B.L.T case is hereby directed to be condoned. It is made clear, that the B.L.T shall pass final order within 90 days from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17399 of 2018(2) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 completion of appearance of all concerned.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
