Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385,387,307,120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Allegation is that unknown criminals demanded ransom and resorted to firing at the shop of the informant and thereafter ransom was demanded on mobile call also.

Submission is that the referred mobile is not of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2019. He was never put on T.I.Parade nor any other incriminating material is there that the petitioner was the person who has demanded the

There is no other material against the petitioner to suggest that he is not going to abscond in this case or tamper with the evidence. Considering the lack of material against the petitioner and nothing to substantiate that petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No.342 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
