JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2025 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the Police respondent authorities to seek permission for further investigation because the Police has filed closure report/final form in Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 238 of 2017 without examining and looking into relevant witnesses and evidence. The Police has filed closure report saying that the occurrence is true but there is no clue regarding the offender.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the best remedy for the petitioner is to file a protest petition before learned concerned Judicial Magistrate against the closure report and, thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate will proceed as per law.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
