2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhaurahi P.S.Case148 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(ii)(iii), 36, 41(i) (ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Considering the fact that several criminal cases are pending against the petitioner, as has been informed in paragraph no.3 of the bail application, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned district court and seek regular bail.

5. The learned District Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day and pass necessary order on the basis of materials available on the record in accordance with law.
