It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that under the Right to Public Services Act, 2011 (for brevity 'the Act'), the order dated 02.07.2019 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms (for brevity 'D.L.C.R.') in Appeal case no. 11 of 2019, in purported exercise of jurisdiction, under Section 7 of the Act is subject to review by the Additional Collector, East Champaran at Motihari (Respondent No.3).

In view of such submissions, the petitioner may approach the Respondent No.3 within a period of four (04) weeks. It is
