JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of prohibition for quashing the letter No. 750 dated 20.12.2023 issued under the signature of Circle Officer, Kashichak (Nawada) whereby he has sent the details of land in question to the Animal Husbandry Officer, Nawada for construction of Animal Hospital under RIDF Scheme."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate,
Patna High Court CWJC No.19071 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 Nawada for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Nawada by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
