2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354B, 370, 371, 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on receiving information about human trafficking and two girls being forcibly kept by the petitioner at his house, a raid was conducted and two girls were recovered. Petitioner was apprehended on the spot.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made victim of false implication due to police mechanism and maneuvering. He submits that the petitioner and his two sons have been made accused in this case. It appears to be improbable that father and his sons together might have indulged in flesh trade. Moreover,

Co-accused Manish Kumar, with similar allegation, has already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No.53973/2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 29.9.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in Rajepur Police Station Case No. 69 of 2023.
