In this regard, petitioner is permitted to appear before the concerned authority and appraise as to what extent he is entitled, if such request is made on behalf of petitioner, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the same within a period of two weeks from the date of petitioner's further written request. If the concerned authority fails to comply, the petitioner is at liberty to file Interlocutory Application to revive this order.
