Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 64(1), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are women and the informant alleges that in the coaching institute, she met Hira Kumar and became friends and Hira promised to marry her and used to talk to her from his

No.83150 of 2025(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/3 mobile on her mobile, hence relationship developed in two years, on 25-4-2025 Hira told her that he will marry her in a temple, accordingly she came to the temple and kept waiting but Hira did not turn up, accordingly she went to the house of Hira, where the accused persons assaulted, abused and ousted her. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being brother, mother, sister and cousin brother of Hira. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners are not criminals.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Benipatti
