Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed with a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414,34 of the I.P.C., pending before the learned ACJM-VI, Supaul, since the petitioner has been arrested.
