2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 391 of 2024 dated 11.10.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been arrested by police and on search, Mangalsutra, Chakti, Locket, Nak-Besar like gold, two silver payal, Locket like silver and two silver Bichiya were recovered from her possession.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86018 of 2024(2) dt.09-01-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner belongs to the State of U.P. and she came to Bihar for the purpose of begging. The petitioner is a lady. She has been arrested in the present case only on the basis of suspicion and except suspicion, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest her implication in the present case. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail application. The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 391 of 2024 with further condition:- (I) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86018 of 2024(2) dt.09-01-2025 3/3 liable to be cancelled.
