The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354 (B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 37 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The prosecution case is that on 12.10.2019 at 6.00 PM evening the informant Ram Lal Mandal along with his daughter was coming from Inai Haat after purchasing vegetables. In the way, this petitioner in intoxicated condition was wandering and started abusing and molestation with the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent. He has committed no offence and has

The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise), Darbhanga, in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019 corresponding to G.O. Case No. 1036 of 2019.
