2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant along with 18 other students took admission in the medical college of these petitioners for the course of G.N.M. Allopath and paid Rs. 80,000/- each as fees but after the final examination, the college issued them degree of G.N.M. Ayurveda. On complaining about the same, these petitioners threatened the informant and others.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. It is next submitted that informant has filed this false and concocted case only with a view to get the fee back. Lastly, it is submitted that petitioners are ready to refund Rs. 80,000/- admission fee to the informant at the time of furnishing the bail-bond. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the contention made on behalf of the petitioners, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P. S. Case No. 625 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with direction to the petitioners that :- (i) Petitioners shall refund Rs. 80,000/- (eighty
