2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Araria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 22.01.2025 at about 2 PM, the daughter-in-law of informant had gone to maize field to cut the grass, but she did not return and at 3 PM, this petitioner raised alarm that some one has killed a lady in maize filed by slitting her neck. The informant suspects that this petitioner along with other four co-accused persons have killed the deceased after committing rape upon her. During course of investigation, sufficient material has come against this petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence.
