2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 143, 144(1), 144(2), 64(1), 111, 98, 99, 70, 145, 61 of the B.N.S., Sections 7, 6, 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Trafficking Act, Sections 4, 6, 8 of the POCSO Act, Sections 8 of Child Labour Act and Sections 75, 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

3. Petitioners are parents of one orchestra dancer namely Neha Praveen, who was caught by the police during

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has stated that she was a dancer in an orchestra and when she was coming from a marriage party after her dance performance, she was caught by the police and brought her to Court. He further submits that petitioner no. 1 is mother and petitioner no. 2 is father of victim and have been made accused in this case due to the statement made by the victim girl before police that whatever earnings she gets from orchestra programme, she gives it to her parents (petitioners) and therefore, petitioners have been implicated for the offence under the Child Labour Act. The victim has not alleged any wrong against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-
