JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 06-03-2024 The petitioner has challenged the blacklisting order in CWJC No. 18579 of 2023 and has then challenged the Rules in CWJC No. 4057 of 2024. The later writ petition does not speak of an earlier challenge made to the blacklisting order. In fact, if there was a challenge to the Rule, it should have been raised at the first instance when a challenge was made to the blacklisting order. The very same conduct by the very same counsel was deprecated by us strongly in CWJC No. 3493 of 2024.
2. We hence are not inclined to entertain the writ petitions and dismiss the same, but however, leaving liberty to
Patna High Court CWJC No.18579 of 2023 dt.06-03-2024 3/3 the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition against the same order by incorporating the necessary facts and challenge in one single writ petition.
