2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52470 of 2024, which reads as under:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused persons have committed loot of a vehicle of the informant. The vehicle was recovered from the co-accused Patel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4714 of 2025(6) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 Kumar, who said that Dhananjay Kumar had given the looted motorcycle to him for selling. Dhananjay Kumar in his self inculpatory statement has said that the petitioner was also involved in the loot. The petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2024.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in a loot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner even though coaccused Dhananjay Kumar has been granted bail.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed."

4. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has been renewed on the ground that the trial is delayed.

5. In the trial, two witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
