1. Heard the parties.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 7501 of 2025, which got dismissed due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 14.07.2025.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid peremptory order has been complied and requisites for issuance of notice to respondent no. 4 has been filed, however, after expiry of peremptory time on 26.09.2025.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is allowed and the connected case bearing CWJC No. 7501 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
