In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 308, 448, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier, these petitioners have moved before this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45870 of 2017, for grant of anticipatory bail, which has been rejected

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76068 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2017.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
