2. The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:

(a) For a direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate legal action against the formal in-charge Principal Sunil Kumar Singh and other concerned staffs of Mahamada Inter College, Mahamada whoever had been indulged in doing the financial irregularities and embezzlement of amount Rs.6,00,000/- (Six Lacs Only) and more during the Session 2020-22 and 2021-23 in the interest of principle of

(b) For a direction to the respondent Authorities to lodge an F.I.R. against formal in-charge Principal Sunil Kumar Singh and other concerned staffs of Mahamada Inter College, Mahamada whoever had been indulged in financial irregularities during the Session year 2020-22 and 2021-23 for financial irregularity and embezzlement of amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lacs Only) and more at Mahamada Inter College, Mahamada.

(c) For a direction to the respondent authorities to get audited the books of account of Mahamada Inter College, so that to find out the acutal embezzlement of amount.

(d) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner, being the grandson of donor, made a complaint before the District Education Officer, Siwan and, in pursuance of thereof, the District Education Officer, Siwan directed the District Programme Officer (Secondary Education) to take appropriate action but the District Programme Officer (Secondary Education) has not taken any action in this regard as yet.

4. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to take
