2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act.
3. Informant suspects that this petitioner along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R. killed her husband.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and she has raised only suspicion against this petitioner because the deceased used to meet petitioner. Save & except suspicion, there is no cogent material against this petitioner to show her complicity in the occurrence. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent and is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84672 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 custody since 30.06.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 160 of 2022.
