"for issuance of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to make payment of the cost of land of the petitioner as estimated by the Govt. alongwith interest at the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18172 of 2018(4) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 rate of 15% per annum since the day of acquisition which has been acquired in the year 2007 for the purpose of construction of bridge and for guide wall with respect to the said bridge situated at 9 miles Baisa Bridge and approach road of Amau Bahadurganj Road in the District of Purnea and since long it has not been paid to the petitioner reason known to the authorities respondents."
3. For want of prosecution, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
