2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Patna Cyber P. S. Case No. 1797 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 79, 75(3), 351(2), 352, 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(c), 66(d), 67 of the Information Technology Act.

3. It is a case of cyber crime. Petitioner is alleged to have made viral objectionable photographs of the informant by hacking her email ID and other social media accounts. The alleged mobile phone, used in the offence, belongs to this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and materials available on record, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
