2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 337, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who is the accused in so many as 9 cases police has gone to apprehend him. It is alleged that the petitioner abused and assaulted the police with bricks due to which one police personnel namely, Om Prakash Rai got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. He has been made accused due to his antecedents. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85857 of 2024(3) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 judicial custody since 18.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 302/2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda.
