2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) Issuance of directions, orders or writs in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to disturb the petitioner from his peaceful life who is a retired person whose raiyati land have already been acquired by the State Government by a land acquisition proceeding and after conclusion of the proceeding, the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.18960 of 2018(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/3 had filed an application u/s 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for reference before the Learned Court of Sub-Judge III, Bhabhua, Kaimur for enhancement of his land acquisition amount in Land Acquisition Case No. 70/2011, Ashok Kumar Verma Petitioner v/s State of Bihar Respondent and the said proceeding was finally decided and concluded on 3rd June, 2016 and 18th June, 2016 by passing judgment and decree in the aforesaid case, but the respondents, in retaliation without any rhyme and reason against the petitioner, had measured the raiyati land of the petitioner including his dwelling house falsely saying that it is encroachment on the land acquired by the government as the petitioner has filed execution case bearing Ex. Case No. 16 of 2016. The measurement was made on 10.06.2018 and 08.07.2018 without any notice to the petitioner forcibly just to malign the petitioner for his no fault;

(ii) Issuance of direction, order or writ in the nature of mandamus to safeguard the petitioner

3. Mr. Sarvendra Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
