2. The present petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.11.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 361 of 2023 in N.D.P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023.

3. Mr. Santosh Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner in the presence of learned APP prays for withdrawl of the petitioner.
