2. It is peculiar to note that the petitioner is seeking direction in the present writ petition, for supply of certified copy of the order passed in Encroachment Case No.05 of 2019 on the basis of which notices dated 20.09.2019 and 13.11.2019 have been issued. There is no averment in the writ application that the petitioner had made any formal request for supply of certified copy of the said order.

3. The petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for certified copy of the orders as noted above. The respondents shall be required to supply the certified copies, if permissible, expeditiously as the petitioner intends to question the said proceeding, after obtaining copies of the said orders.
