The petitioner seeks bail in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148, 149, 341, 354A, 325, 326, 307, 302, 379, 447, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing injury in the abdomen of husband of the informant with arrow.

Case diary has been received, wherein, postmortem report of deceased is available.

Learned APP submits that postmortem report support

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54694 of 2018(3) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 the case. The injury has been found on the abdomen of the husband of the informant.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
