2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 342, 323, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, for a land dispute, 13 accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation of assault is against Sattan Singh, Dablu Singh, Babloo Singh, Rajdeo Singh and Phulo Singh. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1402 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Pasraha P.S.
