2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The specific allegation is as against Ranjeet Chauhan that he gave repeated lathi blow on the head of the informant and the injury was found grievous in nature. He further submits that

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) N.K/- U T
