2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 414 and 34 of IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have stolen the motorcycle and Bolero in question . The alleged stolen vehicles have been recovered from house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2025 .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86501 of 2025(2) dt.27-01-2026 2/2 custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - 11 Sherghaty ( Gaya) in Barchatty Police Station Case No. 41 of 2020.
