The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.329 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner along with 10 others being variously armed surrounded the brother of the informant, namely, Pintu Kumar Yadav and co-accused Suresh Yadav

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76359 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 opened fire causing injury to Pintu Kumar Yadav as a result of which he died on the spot, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) kanchan/- U T
