ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2019 in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.523 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a)/41(1) of the Bihar Amended Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner is the owner of the Line Hotel which is situated in N.H.-28 near Petrol Pump, the recoveries have been saddled on his shoulders, though nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.
