This is an application for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 12192 of 2018, which was dismissed vide order dated 14.03.2018 for want of prosecution.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to communication gap, he could not mark the case and could not appear when the case was called out.
Having gone through the restoration petition as also considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this restoration application is allowed Cr. Misc. No. 12192 of 2018 is restored to its original file subject to the cost of Rs. 5,00/- to be deposited by the petitioner in Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
