Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 438 of 2019 for the offence under section 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitoner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 1.19.2019.
