Petitioner seeks bail in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 385, 307, 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing assault from hard blunt substance on the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Annexure-2 is the injury report from which it appears that the injuries are simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56667 of 2018(2) dt.14-09-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018.
