Patna High Court MJC No.3558 of 2023(4) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 Banka in Encroachment Case No. 68 of 2022-23 by taking recourse to such remedies as are available under the law, which has been passed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.03.2023 in CWJC No. 21457 of 2013. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
